Programming in biosciences

Biosciences, as well as many other scientific fields these days, are becoming more and more depended on programming. Computer science skills are required for researchers from early days in their career, ranging from drug design to modelling of live organisms.

In this talk, I will decribe own experience in using programming to pursue a thesis in Developmental Biology, focusing largely on modelling of epithelial tissues.
